Reflexive Codes is a product research studio working in the Machine Learning space.

Reflexive Codes believes that recent developments in the field of ML have ushered in a new era of revolutionary technology. ML is fundamentally reshaping the conceptual boundaries that have guided product development for decades, yet we still rely on frameworks conceptualised in a legacy technological paradigm. 

Reflexive Codes works closely with ML product teams to help them build new frameworks for innovation, thus enabling them to fold contingency back into their systems recursively, through new vernaculars for dialogic innovation.

We use design methods, ethnomethodology, and grounded theory to delineate bounded contexts for exploration, constructing ideal end-states that can be reached iteratively through the triad of speculation, critique, and empirical experimentation.
